India SoundPad is an ambitious new project from the British Council and the University of Westminster's Faculty Music label (John & Jehn), aimed at generating a dialogue between the emerging alternative music scenes in India and the UK.

The SoundPad website features an interactive record box which taps into the appeal of vinyl while users listen to the music. The site also includes videos of the album being recorded, a photo gallery and a twitter feed discussing the UK tour.
